Had a great stay with my family where we loved the spacious Deluxe King Room and took advantage of the nice outdoor swimming pool and fire pit for relaxation. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch too! The only hiccup was the noise from the nearby road, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. 😊

great access to parks and local attractions for weekend strolls
I truly enjoyed the easy access to shipe playground, just about 2 km away for some scenic park views, and adored being a short walk from numerous dining options like captain's seafood & oyster bar, making my stay quite delightful. although the breakfast choices could use a little improvement.

missingWrote a review on Oct 09friendly staffcomfy bedslocal music scenebad bathroom door
Had a fantastic time with friends! We loved visiting the local music scene and checking out the food trucks nearby. The comfy beds and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Just be ready for some maintenance work around the building which could be annoying.
Our bathroom door was in bad shape, like it had been through some rough times. It felt a bit unsettling at night with so much foot traffic around.

Can recommend for a momentary visit
Comfortable room, convenient location with good amenities, including free parking and a 24-hour reception. It's only a 20-minute drive from the miniature train station.
Overall, the cleanliness and management of the hotel leave much to be desired.

The area surrounding the hotel was quite unsettling, especially with
the visible homeless camps and litter in the parking lot. Despite the low price, I felt unsafe throughout my stay. The room itself had some positives, like a decent fridge, but the overall cleanliness was deeply concerning.

The room was filthy with black mold everywhere and the front clerk completely ignored me when I asked for a refund.

Clean room, but the breakfast was a strange experience with a window knock.

missingWrote a review on May 02affordable pricemold spotsdefective microwave
The price is low.
Our stay was riddled with issues. The bathroom ceiling looked unfinished with some mold spots, and the room felt damp. The microwave was defective, creating more hassle than convenience, and we had to move it since the only available power outlets were unusable.

Cause for concern and just plain disappointing
The only thing good about my stay was the woman at the desk, she was nice, friendly enough, made me feel a bit better about the mess around, there were no redeeming qualities to this place. When I was finally offered a room after the disastrous check-in the room looked clean until I found a good sized bug in the corner of the bathroom.
It certainly wasn’t affordable, I expected more for what I paid.
